We consult when needed, but our role is to be an extension of your management team: we join the decision flow, propose and deliver alongside your team.
Do I need to know which service is right?+
No. Start with what is happening in your business. The diagnostic helps us see where to start.
How is the price of a project set?+
It depends on the scope, complexity and level of support needed. Once the scope is clear, we present a proposal with deliverables, responsibilities and terms.
We already have an accountant, ERP or CRM. Should we talk?+
Yes, when the information or tools are not connected to decisions and processes. We do not assume that systems or people need to be replaced.
The first step

4. Who can access the data
The authorised FSPC Consulting team and service providers who support us, bound by a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR): website hosting and security (Cloudflare), meeting booking (HubSpot), email and productivity tools and, with consent only, website measurement (Google Analytics 4). We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with supplementary measures appropriate to the risk.
6. LID Assistant
Conversations are only stored on the server if you give explicit consent, for 90 days. An access cookie allows you to resume the conversation in the same browser and does not contain the replies. You can delete conversations within the assistant itself. If you send a contact request from the assistant, you authorise the team to view the associated conversation; deleting the conversation does not delete a request already sent, which you may ask us to erase by writing to info@lid-partners.com.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, in accordance with the law. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. Send your request to info@lid-partners.com; we will respond within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portuguese Data Protection Authority), www.cnpd.pt.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and restriction of the restricted area to authorised accounts. No system is infallible; if a data breach occurs that poses a risk to you, we will notify the CNPD and, where required, the affected data subjects.
9. Minors
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top.

2. Purpose of the website
The website presents LID Partners, its services, content and ways to get in touch. The information is general and does not constitute a contractual offer or legal, tax, accounting or financial advice tailored to a specific case.
3. Services and proposals
The provision of services depends on an analysis of the context, confirmation of availability and acceptance of a specific proposal or contract, which sets out the scope, price, timelines, responsibilities and conditions. Requesting a diagnostic does not confirm a time slot or create any obligation to contract.
4. Grants, incentives and financing
References to grants, incentives or financing do not guarantee eligibility, approval, amounts or the granting of credit. Conditions depend on the calls, programmes, funding bodies and rules in force at any given time.
5. Examples, dashboards and illustrative data
The examples, anonymised cases, dashboards and indicators shown on the website use illustrative data, unless otherwise stated. They do not represent client results and do not guarantee similar results.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, graphic elements, trade marks, logos and structure of the website belong to FSPC Consulting or are used with permission. Reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use requires prior permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party trade marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Responsible use
You may not disrupt the operation or security of the website, access restricted areas without authorisation, introduce malicious code or use the forms and the LID Assistant for abusive, unlawful or misleading communications.
8. External links and availability
The website may contain links to third-party pages, whose content and policies we do not control. We strive to keep the information accurate and the website available, but interruptions, changes or errors may occur.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FSPC Consulting is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the general information on the website, nor for damage resulting from misuse, temporary unavailability or the actions of third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
11. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
You may submit a complaint through the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações), at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, or via info@lid-partners.com.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution entity, namely CICAP – Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (www.cicap.pt). More information is available on the Consumer Portal, www.consumidor.gov.pt.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies. The courts of the district of Porto have jurisdiction to settle disputes, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules, in particular those protecting consumers.
