LID PARTNERS · LISTEN. INTEGRATE. DELIVER.
A few answers before we start.
Answers about LID Partners' approach, engagement formats, investment, timing and confidentiality.
Talk to the teamMethod and fit
Who does LID Partners work with?
We work with companies that want to grow and need to connect management and operations more effectively. A conversation is worthwhile when growth, fragmented information or reliance on key people starts to constrain decisions and delivery.
Do I need to know which service I need before contacting you?
No. Simply explain what is happening in your business and what you need to decide or improve. The first conversation helps us understand the context and assess whether LID can help.
Does LID provide recommendations or support implementation?
We support implementation within the agreed scope. This can include new processes, tools, responsibilities, training and management routines. Deliverables and each team's involvement are defined before work begins.
We already have an accountant, ERP or CRM. Can you still help?
Yes, if existing information or tools are not sufficiently connected to decisions and processes. We do not assume that systems or professionals need replacing; we first assess what is in place and how it is used.
Format, investment and timing
How is a project priced?
Pricing depends on scope, complexity and the support required. After understanding the challenge, we provide a proposal with deliverables, responsibilities and terms. A single price would not fit every business.
How long does an engagement take?
Timing is agreed after we understand the problem, data and team availability. The proposal sets out stages and review points. We do not promise a universal timeframe: a process improvement and a cross-functional change require different work.
Is the work project-based or can support continue?
Both formats are possible. A project addresses a defined scope; ongoing support allows indicators, decisions and delivery to be reviewed over time. We agree the format with the company without assuming it needs a larger engagement than necessary.
Confidentiality and technology
How is company information handled?
Access to information should be limited to what is needed for the agreed work. We clarify data requirements, the people involved and sharing channels before starting. Do not submit sensitive data in the form; begin with a general description of the challenge.
Does every company need artificial intelligence?
No. AI is useful only when there is a concrete use case and the benefits justify the cost and risk. Simplifying a process, connecting systems or using rules-based automation may be more appropriate. The choice follows the analysis.
Do published cases guarantee similar results?
No. Each case depends on context, data and the company's involvement. We distinguish completed deliverables from measured impact and label illustrative examples or fictional data. We do not use one case to promise results to another organisation.
