2. Data we may process
- Professional and contact details provided in forms, such as name, email, phone, company, role and company size.
- Information about your challenge and its context, such as areas of interest, timing or urgency, available investment and message. These qualification fields are optional.
- Commercial information needed to respond to, qualify and follow up the request, including visit source and follow-up status.
- If you choose to book a meeting in the embedded HubSpot calendar, the details you enter there, such as your name, email and selected time.
- Authorised technical and usage data, such as page visited, interaction, campaign source and a random session identifier. We do not collect field content through measurement.
- Authentication data strictly necessary when an authorised user accesses the private area.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use the data provided to respond to a request, prepare a conversation, present a proposal and manage a pre-contractual or contractual relationship. We may also process information for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance and the defence of rights, based on the legally applicable purposes and grounds.
Optional performance and campaign-source measurement starts only after user authorisation. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
4. Recipients and providers
LID form data is accessed by authorised FSPC Consulting personnel and providers required to host, maintain, secure and operate the website, subject to appropriate obligations. We do not sell personal data.
If you choose to open the embedded calendar, HubSpot directly receives the details you enter in its booking form to provide and manage the meeting. Data entered in the LID form is not automatically sent to HubSpot; it stays in the LID system and is accessed by the authorised team to prepare follow-up.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, and additional risk-appropriate measures will be used.
6. Retention
Authorised measurement events are retained for up to 90 days, with deletion performed when new events are received. Contacts and commercial records are kept as needed to follow up the request and relationship and for applicable legal periods, with team review.
LID assistant
The guided conversation is saved on our server following explicit consent, for 90 days from creation. An access cookie allows you to resume in this browser; it does not contain your answers. You can delete the conversation in the assistant. Expired conversations are no longer accessible and are deleted by service cleanup.
By submitting a contact request, you authorise the team to view the linked conversation. The contact request and submitted message are subject to commercial-record retention. Deleting a conversation does not automatically delete an existing contact request. To exercise that right, contact info@lid-partners.com.
7. Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object where legally applicable. When processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Send requests to info@lid-partners.com. We may request information to confirm identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority at www.cnpd.pt.
8. Security and changes
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk and restrict access to the commercial area to authorised accounts. No system is completely infallible; we review measures as the website and integrations evolve.
